  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs taxes or import duties determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns unless the item received is defective or incorrect (wrong item sent).

Conditions for Return & Refund

  • The customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or wrong item must be provided as evidence.

  • Contact must be made via WhatsApp only.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

After Issue Confirmation

  • We will arrange a driver to collect the item.

  • A refund will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges if the customer is not satisfied with the fit, cut, or size.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are allowed up to 2 times per order.

  • The customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags attached.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Exchange Fees

  • Exchange delivery fees are the same as the original shipping fees.
